Swingeroos will accept returns provided that a dispute is raised within 5 days of receiving the product(s). If no dispute is raised within the timeframe, no returns whatsoever will be permitted. Customers will be entitled to a refund should a dispute be raised and all refunds are subject to restocking fee.
We completely understand that sometimes returns are necessary for a selection of reasons. As part of our ongoing aim to offer you the best possible customer service, Swingeroos is one of the few adult retailers that offers a customer returns policy.
This means that you are welcome to return any item on this website, for any reason whatsoever, during the first 5 days of ownership. Our customer care representatives will work with you to try and come up with the best possible solution for your situation by offering a partial refund; replacing the original item or substituting a similar item for the same amount in its place.
If an item does not perform due to an unlikely manufacturer’s defect, please return it to us and we will work to accommodate your needs.
Packages are usually dispatched within 2-4 days once we have received proof of payment. We dispatch a tracking number to you to keep track of your order’s whereabouts.
The confidentiality of your order is of utmost importance to us and your order will arrive discreetly packaged and without any information displayed as to where it is from or what it is. We take every measure to ensure the shipping and handling of your order is discreet. In the event of you wishing to return a product, our customer service agents will talk you through repacking the product.
